Every NOCTURN order is fulfilled from our warehouse and shipped with a tracked carrier. Below is everything you need to know about fulfillment and delivery timing.

Order status: New

First 2 hours after checkout — your order is still editable.

Fulfillment

1–5 business days. Orders over 200 units may take 5–10 business days.

Shipping

Tracked via USPS (US) or FedEx (international).

Changes & cancellations

You can edit the shipping address or cancel your order while the status is New. Once the status changes to Accepted, the order is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation and can no longer be modified or canceled.
