Supliful Credits (Default)

When an order is canceled, the refunded amount is converted into Supliful credits available in your Supliful account. You can use these immediately for any new order.

Refund to Payment Method

Prefer your money back? Contact help@supliful.com. Credits must be tied to a specific canceled order to be eligible. Refunds may take several business days depending on your bank.

Eligibility for original payment refunds

Supliful credits must be tied to a specific canceled order to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method. Credits not associated with an eligible canceled order cannot be refunded to a payment method.

Processing time

Refunds to your original payment method may take several business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. Supliful credits are available instantly.

Courtesy credits

Courtesy credits in your account are not affected by order cancellations and will remain available for future use.

What happens when you cancel

Step 1
Order Canceled

You cancel while the order status is still 'New' (within the first 2 hours).

Step 2
Refund Issued

The refunded amount is automatically converted into Supliful credits in your account.

Step 3
Ready to Reorder

Use your credits immediately to place a new order — no waiting required.
